- HSI Task Force Created
- Faculty Participation in Open for Antiracism Program
- Opening of CASA Center
- UMOJA and QRC Coordinators Became Permanent Positions
- Big Time Event Held on Campus
- Received Native American Student Support and Success Program Grant for 1.5 Million
- Received Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Title V Grant for 3 Million
- Focus Groups on LGBTQ+ and Foster Youth to support retention
- Hosted Diversity Speakers: Georgina M. Guardado, Nzingha Duga, Yesika Salgado, Durryle Brooks, Dr. RGK, Mia Mingus and Matika Wilbur
- Launched our Discrimination and Bias Report Process for Students
- Hosted Decolonize Speakers : Matika Wilbur, Mia Mingus, Maidu Dancers and Dr. RGK
- Hired our 2nd Ethnic Studies Professor
- Finalist for the United Way Diversity Award

- Contract with consultant, Dr. Nicole Butts who facilitated Bias and Hiring Training
- Hosted Dr. Gina Garcia who facilitated HSI training
- BC Proud to Be First Faculty and Staff Association as a new affinity group
- LGBTQ Faculty and Staff Association as a new affinity group
- Facilitation of New Multicultural Graduation Celebrations: API, Latinx, Black, Veteran, LGBTQ+
- Umoja brought to campus
- Puente brought to campus
- Focus Groups on our Black, Latinx and Native American Students to support retention
- Participation in the RP Group Transfer Study focusing on Latinx students
- Participant in ESCALA’s new Moving Towards Serving Mini-Course, Spring 2022 cohort
- Gave out $300,000 of SEA funds in direct aid to undocumented, international, and economically disadvantaged students
- Live Captioning at Commencement
