This automatically updatable, subscription-based software ensures your personally owned computers and devices always have the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more for as long as you are a student, faculty, or staff at Butte College and the program continues through Microsoft.

How to easily log in to O365 from anywhere:
Login to mail.big5vn.com go to the "App Launcher" in the upper left hand corner to select available applications.
Through a partnership with Adobe, Butte College is now licensed for the complete Adobe Creative Cloud – a suite of software that includes titles focused around photography, video, audio and design.
Faculty and Staff--Campus Computers
Adobe Creative Cloud is available for use on all campus owned computers.
Faculty and Staff--Personal Computer Installations
All Butte faculty and staff will now be automatically provisioned an Adobe account
using their Butte College email address.

- Sign in using your Butte College email.
- Login to portal
- Open or install Creative Cloud
- Within Creative Cloud look for All apps to install or update your Adobe apps.

Zoom is a communications platform that allows users to connect with video, audio, phone, and chat. Using Zoom requires an internet connection and a supported device.
Desktop Application
How to login using Desktop Zoom app.
- Open Zoom, do not enter your e-mail and password, click on the SSO button.
- Enter butte-edu in domain field. (Please note hyphen)
- Enter credentials in PortalGuard.
- Click Open zoom.us button.

The Technology Mediated Instruction department operates within the Office of Instruction,

deliver course content online through Canvas and other supplemental tools.
